Tier 2 to Tier1 G Dependant - Anyone applying?

Hi,

I am currently in Tier2 ICT for past 24 months in UK and my wife recently got Tier 1 G recently (she also here for past 20 months in ICT). Now I am planning to apply for Tier 1 G dependant and understand that I cant apply this in UK and I should go back to my home country and get Entry clearance( thanks Susdmetha/ddb).

Now I want to know if anyone like this in this forum(either done or going to do) as I want to know the list of documents to be provided. I have gone through the forum and most of the threads are related to Tier1 G Dependant fresh application and didn't find any thread like Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1G dependant. Please let me know anyone can help me on this?

There is nothing like tier 2 to Tier 1 dependent or X to Tier 1 dependent.

It is a simple case of applying for tier 1 General dependent and you have to follow the guidelines for Tier 1 general dependent.

The only significance of your Tier 2 ICT was in deciding whether you can apply in country or go out of country and apply and you already now know what needs to be done.

So follow the threads for T1 General dependent and prepare.
