They used to have the First Address but now they have changed their address to P.O.Box 12079.

They do not issue ref number to LTR Application your reference is your GNIB Card Number. Sorry but I couldn't understand what 'NUT' is?

What happens to my application when I submit it?

Initially we check that you fully comply with the residency and work requirements for the scheme. If you don't we will let you know, usually within a week of submission of your application. If you do comply, your application will be placed in chronological order with other such applications and will subsequently progress to finality.

LTR have a new address with a PO box. but if by accident you post the letter to burgh quay, it will still find its way to LTR. so no worried.
it can take up to a month to receive an acknowledgment from LTR. It can be even longer during summer months due to the holidays of staff. your reference number is your dep. no. from your gnib card 69/.../...
if you worry about your application, you may ring the helpline (Mondays and fridays) and give your 69 ref number, and they would confirm, whether your application has already been logged on the system.
