Indefinate SET(0) form Which Categories to apply

Hello all,

I'm due to apply for my indefinate. I've got my first HSMP visa on 13th SEP 2006 which before Nov 2006.

I just want to make sure myself that I am appling Tier 1 (General) Under judial review. Is that correct ? By applying this category I dont need to claim any points at all.
