tier-1 extension (ltd company VAT Reg)

Post by Pavneet » Thu Sep 22, 2011 1:07 pm

I am running solely a Ltd company from last three years. First year (2009) I got a loss, second year (2010) break even and current is third year and expecting a good profit.

My date of birth is Nov 1981 and going to renew visa in Oct last week.

My last 12 months salary is 20K is it sufficient to get 20 points (UK educated and experience)

Taken a PAYEE salary only and all HMRC payments are up to dated.

Please tell me which all documents I require to process Tier-1 extension.

Ltd co with VAT

Thanks Sushil for your reply. But I have read in the forum that I can be considered as Self employed as it depends on the case worker.

Do you think to be on a safer side which all company docs can be attached.

If you have the company accounts readily available then I suggest that it's relevant to send it. I say this because your link to your employer (aka yourself) is sufficiently close that you may want to eliminate any possible doubt that you have somehow engineered the salary to circumvent the requirements of the rules. Obviously this is not a mandatory requirement and it's entirely your choice.
