Ltd company contractor + Perm job - Accountant Payslips

hi there,
I worked as a contactor for few months (during my qulifying period for visa extn). I used to carryout my work through my own limited company and accounting was handled by a large accounting firm. This accounting firm has a separate department who process the payroll.
I used to take salary on the last day of each month and Dividend payments were made every month (not on a fixed date). The payslips generated by accountant's payroll team cover both Salary & Dividends for each month. So the amount in the payslips does not match with the actual credit in the back account. (Example: Payslip amount (salary+net dividend) -3000 , Bank transaction 750 credit on 30th Jan & 2250 credit on 12th Jan).

My accountant says they can not rework on the payslips, however he can make a letter detailing salary (net, gross), dividends (net,gross) etc. Would that suffice? Also I've got Dividend Vouchers.

Accountant has also agreed to put remarks (hand written) on payslips with things like dividend payment date and stamp & sign the payslips.

I hope this documentation is fine for visa extn (apart from other docs like bank statements etc)
