marriage time span

hi all

I just applied for the spouse settlement visa. Is it true that we should be married for 2 years for the spouse settlement visa? Coz we have been married for only 7 months.

There is no time limit on a spouse visa, you can apply the same day as your marriage although people have other things on their minds on their wedding day
