Application in person - visa expired

My application for ILR is apparently going to be returned to me as the bank refused payment for the fee. When this comes back will I be able to apply in person and pay the extra fee instead even though my visa dates will have passed or will I have to send off another application form?

The website says no appointments can be booked online for those visas expired however perhaps over the phone?

Any help would be appreciated.

1. Under whcih category u applied plus wat is u visa expiry date?
2. Wen do u think u will receive u application (after the expiry or before)?
3. Have u completed the required ILR period or applied before completing (28 days rule)?
