Omotunde overturned, EC Public Policy applies to Zambrano

The Upper Tribual has ruled that public policy requirements in the directive and treaty are applicable to Zambrano Beneficiaries also. This is contrary to UK's policy of using the public intetest requirement and failing to give due regatds to whether the personal if the individuals conduct represent a present and sufficiently serious.

This is a very good judgement indeed.
