Hi Alok you should try and look for agencies in UK. Send them your fully updated CV and clearly mention you're looking for a overseas sponsor who is willing to sponsor you. Make sure to highlight your specialities and skills that you think can be useful to an organization. You could also try reed.co.uk and gumtree for job openings. But mind you most of the companies aren't registered sponsors. To be able to sponsor they must be registered and allocate you a RCOS (Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship), If you're thinking about long term settlement i suggest you look for Canada,Australia etc
