Refund of appeal fees

Hi everyone, I hope anyone can give me a solution on this. Recently i applied for my wife dependent visa and was refused , I appealed the refusal in the uk tribunal and paid the appropraite fees. Now the post where i applied for her visa has overturned the decision and is now ready to give visa to my wife. They have asked us to withdraw the appeal from the tribunal. Now i want to know if i can get the refund of the appeal fees which i have paid?

and if you are not able to get it from the appeals tribunal for any reason, claim compensation from UKBA. If UKBA does not agree, take the matter ot ombudsman. They police UKBA. They will direct UKBA to refund as this unnecessary expanse has occured due to UKBA's mistake.

My awarded fee of £70 was cancelled and no reasons was mentioned. Appeal num is IA230682013.This was awarded 17/12/2013. Order num is IA2306820130101407.
