Genuine marriage proof

i am 27 from africa my wife eu nationals 36 years old

am i subject to troubles due to genuine marriage

We are been living for 6 months she joined me with a tourist visa in india
we were staying at the same apartment then we decided and went to nepal to get married in nepal where we spent 1 month and then she is going for a job probably for UK or another Eu.
I will join after i finished my purpose in India.
Do you think we could have a trouble of genuine marriage because the age gap and the freshness of our marriage in the eu zone.

If yes can you suggest what we can do to show it is not an immigration things?

She already applied to change her last name to mine for example

it shouldn't be a problem, as far as you can proof that you are not in a marraige of conveniance, and you can proof your subsisting relation with your wife.

If the marriage is legally performed in Nepal, then UKBA has no objection to that.
