Hello, My husbands visa decision has been overturned and he has submitted his passport. how long does it take for the the visa to be issued and is it issued in Islamabad PK or Dubai UAE.

Spouse settlement, I just wanted to know where it goes and how long it takes for the visa to be issued after sending them the passport... Also I have a reference to track online it status: Application forwarded to Islamabad OC (what does Islamabad OC mean?) Thanks

Did you appeal against the decision? How long it took after making an appeal to the time the decision was overturned? Thanks.
