I think its ok to take the funds out, they are only concerned with the 90 days period on your statement. But keep it in account for as long as possible just to be on the safe side.durga123 wrote:hii

Can't you make an appeal AFTER the PSW was closed? yes you can appeal as long as you made an in time valid application and if refused have no further leave to remain in the UK however an appeal would be based on the circumstances at the time of decision (and for maintenance at the time of application) and thus the fact that they money was spent after the application will not matter.moirareggie wrote:Can't you make an appeal AFTER the PSW was closed?
