taking funds out

hii
i applied on 22 march and HO deducted money today can i take the funds 800 pound or i need to keep? can any one please suggest me this issue

I think its ok to take the funds out, they are only concerned with the 90 days period on your statement. But keep it in account for as long as possible just to be on the safe side.

Myself, I've taken the money out.

the only reason not to take it out is in case the application is refused and you need to apply again immediately without having to wait for another 90 days. However now that PSW is closed after today, it will not be possible to make another PSW applicaiton in the event of a refusal, so there is no harm in taking out the money.

i applied for PSW on 27th March next day delivery. but HO haven't deduct the money from my account yet. and also haven't got my acknowledgement letter yet :( iam still looking for it.. i do not know when will it happen? hope it will take some time due to rush of the application forms..

Can't you make an appeal AFTER the PSW was closed? My thinking is you may need to keep the money for that.

yes you can appeal as long as you made an in time valid application and if refused have no further leave to remain in the UK however an appeal would be based on the circumstances at the time of decision (and for maintenance at the time of application) and thus the fact that they money was spent after the application will not matter.
