Wanted to switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur

My friend currently on PSW is working for a Telecom Company. Need information about his options to further stay in UK.

If he switches his psw visa to UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) after registering a company and evidence to access 50,000 pounds,

Will he be still eligible to work in current company?

Can he work and do business at the same time?

please share, if anybody have more information about this.

no he cannot work for someone or some company.
