I am living in the UK under the Tier 1 General. I moved my family over a couple of years ago. I am due to apply for Indefinite Leave to Ramain (ILR) in early September 2012. My daughter and son would be over 18 years old by that time. One of condition for them to get ILR is that they should be able to demonstrate that they have not formed independent life and are still dependent on the main applicant. I don't know what evidence is acceptable to demonstrate that.
Both my son and daughter are studying full time in Post 16 school. They are doing A-Levels. But my son is turning 20 this year will no longer be able to stay at the school since 18 June 2012. He will not be in full time study in September 2012 when he will apply for the ILR. I need to know how would he demonstrate that he is still dependant on my at the time of application if he is not in full time study. To sum up, the question is:
WHAT EVIDENCE IS NEEDED TO DOMONSTRATE THAT HE HAS NOR FORMED AN INDEPENDENT LIFE AND IS STILL DEPENDENT ON THE MAIN APPLICANT.
Any reference to the relvent law/rule will be highly appreciated
