Who delivers what?

Post by dxorroyalmail » Thu May 17, 2012 7:50 pm

Hello all,

I received a DX slip today when I was at work. This is the first contact I have received from them after my biometrics.

Is this the Biometric or the passport?

The reason I ask as I have a flight on Sat. and DX can't redeliver till Monday. Now there are two post days until Sat. so I may receive either my passport or my biometrics in that time.

If it is my passport has anyone actually gone there and picked it up from them?

PS: I did my biometrics on the 10th April

Thanks guys and good luck for anyone still waiting.

DX deliver the biometric residence permit, which you will not be able to enter the UK without.

your passport will be delivered by royal mail.

Quick response.

Just reading the docs now. So you actually need both at the airport?

Ok. Thanks. I guess next question. Has anyone ever being able to move DX delivery even though they are full or actually go pick it up from them?

Hi,
You can contact DX and arrange to collect at one of their collection points. COntact details are on the card you received. I arrange to collect mine BRPs when they tried to deliver and no one was at home.
THanks
C.
