booking premium service appointments

I am just trying to book a premium service appointment, said one was available then the computer froze when confirming appointment, so went back to try book again and it said appointment gone,, Now unsure what to do as only other appointment is on the day my visa expires is this ok???

Are you sure dont want to get there and they say visa has expired

Spoke to Border agency they said thats fine as long as visa is still valid...Thanks

Are you sure the application for ILR is valid? Reading through your post in the benefits forum it's unclear how long your husband has held FLR(M), as you mention '16 months'.
I'm assuming where you say 'my visa' you are referring to your husband's visa.

Sorry yes talking about my husbands visa, he is coming to the end of his 2 year tmporary leave to remain following a 2 year tourist visa which most of was spent in the uk.
So yes he is able to apply for ilr but thankyou for your input
