In-person appointment

Thanks. There doesn't seem to much information regarding premium booking other than 'it's impossible' or 'takes forever'... I've been trying for ages already.

Is there a time of day that they release new slots?

Or in your opinion would I be better going through an immigration agent? It will cost an extra £1000 which I don't have, but at least I may be able to get an appointment. I travel a lot for work and can't be without a passport for more than a month, so a postal application is out as they seem to take 2 or 3 months!

Fact - Family appointments are always difficult to get hold of.

If you are having the same problems booking a premium appointment try and get onto the website at midnight. It looks to me like they only release one day at a time, 6 weeks in advance, and the slots get taken up very quickly.

I logged in last night and just after midnight there were plenty available for the 10th of Aug at all sites (today is the 29th of Jun). For the last week when I've tried during the day there have been none.

If you can't get an appointment don't freak out, just stay up late...
