Taking back my money from bank after 28 dyas.

I am going to apply for student Tier 4 visa for this september, my problem is my university taking a long time to give my final year results and I got admission to NTU,I collecting funds from my relatives in my bank for visa purpose to maintain it for 28 days, what I want to ask is can I take the money back from my account after 28 days and with that statement can I apply for visa with in 1 month after withdrawing the balance from bank?so that I can return back that money to my relatives as soon as possible.
