hello

i have questions regarding the medical care for my family.

the situation:as my family (wife and 2 kids (daughter has 3 years and son 4 months) they got eea family permit, and they will come to join me next week.

as my daughter has health problem and she follow a physiotherapy course in my origin country..i want to know how she will be covered with the medical care here in uk. what the first step that i need to do as soon as she arrive ,there is anything that i can do before her arrival so she can follow here medical treatment without delay ?

which procedure i need to follow?

also my son he need to take his regular vaccination? and follow up?

I assume they are coming to live in the UK, and will not be just visiting.

They should immediately register with your local GP, just as you have. The GP can make any referrals to specialists that are needed.

so they can register with GP just with the family permit visa or they need to be resident with RC to get this service?

The visa is simply an entry visa in the UK. The RC is an optional confirmation of the rights they already have.

Their continued residence in the UK is based solely on their relationship to you.

They can work and go to the doctor on the day of their arrival. Or after they have applied for an RC. Or after they have received the RC.

They have pretty much the same rights as you, though their rights are dependent on you being resident in the UK
