By asking for a date on entry - Do they mean "first ever long term entry" or do they want it from time of settlement?

I am a Commonwealth citizen who entered UK in Nov 2004 on a 2 year working holiday visa (which could be interpreted as the longish term basis) but after a marriage to an EEA national I was granted RP in August 2006. I now have PR and close to a year of it.

Sooo, do I put my first entry date OR the date of my RP which I recieved while still in the country (so I did not enter with).

Another thing. The AN form asks for "details of absence" to be written down which is similar to EEA4 but the form does not ask for any documentation as proof such as proof of address, P60s or anything like that. This is reserved for EEA citizens proving treaty rights. They do ask for:

• Your passports OR
• Letters from employers, educational establishments or other Government Departments indicating presence in UK

I am guessing the passport with PR vignette is enough to prove presence?
