Can I apply for Tier 1 (Enterpreneur) visa?

i have cash worth 200,000 pond available in my account in saudi arabian bank and can be transferred any time to UK.

i need entry clearance under entrepreneur visa catagory to start business in uk. i am planning to start franchise business in uk such as subway, dominos pizza etc.

do i eligible to get the entry clearance ?

As per the policy guidance, Franchise Business are accepted by UKBA. But I believe they need some concrete evidence, so it will be better to decide which franchise business you want to start.

Further be informed that i am outside UK (in saudi arabia). Bank statment shall be enough to show the proof of funds?
Further do i provide any proof of franchise agreement to submit with my application?
