Very happy to inform that Me and My wife got ILR Successfully.
History

WorkPermit - EC Date - 18 Nov 2007 Valid until 17 Nov 2012
First Entry to UK- 25 Jan 2008 [ Within 90 days ]

Switch to Tier1 - Mar 2010 visa Valid until 7 Apr 2013
----------[ point to note : Even you Swith and even u have time left in ur current visa still your EC date can (NOT FIRST ENTRY) be used to account for 5 yr period ]

Form - SET(0)
Dependants - 1
Employment - Limited Company Director
Applied Center- Solihull

Solihull as mentioned by others is a small and nice place.Everyone were very nice and helpful.With case worker , it took around 20mins and she told me we have been approved ILR.Docs she asked were
1) Passports
2) Appln form
3) LIUK
4)Financial details
- Personal statements ( I had pinned Payslip,Div Vouchers and Bank statement)
- Business statements
I had all the statements highlited with yellow sketch pen
5) Company registration letter
5) Cohab Docs
- Council tax bills
- Tenancy agreement
All photocopies.
No Questions asked.
I had 120days out of UK.

Forgot to mention , around 6 months I did not pay NI and CW asked how much NI do you pay and why no NI in Payslip ? I told once I reach the threshhold of paying NI , I will .I had a letter from Accountant regarding this,but she was OK with my answer and I did not show that letter.

Did they asked about 5 year history or Corporation tax??

is it easy to get appointment at Solihull??

Any advice for me and other forum members pleaseWell, for me I would say , Right documentation,not many , not less,
Stay focussed and Confident , check figures/amounts in all the documents,and when questioned about anything , give short and clear answer

Hi RajuK09,
congrats on your ILR. i had a query, There is section about earning in the SET-O form where we need to specify monthly earning.
as a director i draw earning as Wages/Dividend, which vary every month based on no. of days billed to client /any work break.
The question was what mothly income i should mention ? i.e if wages/divident of May 600/1000 , June 600/2000 & july it was 600/3000
do i take average and mention as monthly wages? i.e 600/2000?
