In case of Tier2 rejection after how many days I can reapply

Hi There

I am asking this on behalf of my friend who has just got his Tier2 General visa rejected on the grounds of cooling-off period..I just want to know if he wants to apply for Tier 2 ICT after this, is there any time period till when he needs to wait before making the application again or if he is satisfying all the conditions he can make it instantly in other category.
