tier 1 extension inquiry about ccl

HI EVERYONE ,
I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM.I APPLIED FOR TIER 1 EXTENSION GOT INQUIRY ABOUT CCL CERTIFICATE.
I CAME UK IN 2005 AS A STUDENT
EXTEND TO IGS ON THE BASIS OF CCL QUALIFICATION IN 2008 MAY AND I GOT ONLY 1 YEAR INSTEAD OF 2 YEAR.THEN I APPLY FOR EXTENSION IN MAY 2009 (PSW) AND I GOT ANOTHER 1 YEAR.
BUT WHILE APPLYING FOR TIER 1 I PRESENT MY MBA DEGREE FROM BANGLADESH. I GOT 2 YEAR VISA. NOW I SEND FOR FOR EXTENSION AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR CCL CERTIFICATE WHICH I SHOW THEM IN 2008 TO GET IGS.

I AM REALLY WORRIED WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW .PLEASE HELP ME IF ANYBODY KNOW ABOUT THIS WHY THEY ARE ASKING NOW.

if UKBA is asking for CCL certificate, just send them what is the harm ??

This is sound fishy. If you have applied before on MBA, they should not ask for it but if they are I don't see a reason???

they can refuse on the basis that you previously practiced deception to obtain leave to remain by presenting a postgraduate certificate from CCL, and it is now known that postgraduate certificates in business management and IT were not genuinely issued because no such courses were run at CCL. Presumably you are aware of this which is why you are worried?

Agreed.

In theory, you shouldn't have been granted any further applications for leave to remain and have scrapped through due to caseworker negligence.

However, the fact that UKBA have asked for your certificate indicates that they are now aware and you will be refused under paragraphs 322(1A) for deception.

Failure to not provide the certificate will still result in refusal by previous deception

Unfortunately, your options are very limited. If possible, I would send the certificate back to the UKBA as requested and await the decision from the caseworker.

If you are given a right of appeal, then you would need to collate a solid defense. Alternatively, you can voluntarily leave the UK.
