Hi seniors,

Can someone please suggest me-
1. What will be the 15 months period to show previous earnings If I want to apply for ILR in 15 March 2014? Will it be "Dec 2012 to Feb 2014" OR "Jan 2013 to Mar 2014"?

2. What is the earliest date for ILR application for the following:
HSMP entry clearance - 12 march 2009
First UK entry - 31 March 2009
Expiry of extended Tier1 (G) - 08 April 2014

Hi,
I had the same question and what i figured out myself is that

Earnings from upto 15 months prior to the application Date. i.e in your case From 15-Dec-2012. Since the salary is given mostly on a monthly basis, it would be easy to show full month earnings from Jan 2013.

Please note that this my understanding of the rule.

QUALIFYING FOR INDEFINITE LEAVE TO
REMAIN
To qualify for indefinite leave to remain in one
of the categories for which you must use form
SET(M), you must satisfy the requirements set out
in Part 8 of the Immigration Rules, which are on
our website.
One of the requirements is that you have to complete
2 years’ leave to enter or remain as the partner
of the person named in your application. That
period runs from
- the date on which you entered the UK with a
visa in the relevant category; or, if you did not
enter the UK with such a visa, from
- the date on which you were first granted leave
to remain in the UK in the relevant category
If you were granted leave to enter or remain as an
unmarried or same-sex partner and are now applying
for indefinite leave to remain as the spouse or
civil partner of the same person, the 2-year period
to be completed started when you either entered
the UK or were granted leave to remain as an
unmarried or same-sex partner.
With certain exceptions, applicants aged 18-64
must show that they have sufficient knowledge of
the English language and life in the UK in order to
qualify for indefinite leave to remain. See pages 5
and 6 of these notes for more information about
this.

I know I'm getting worried bit early but for the peace of mind I'm still waiting for your reply -

I know I can apply ILR 28 days before 31 March 2014 (as it is the 5th anniversary of my UK entry) but Can I apply ILR 28 days before 12 March 2014, which is the 5th anniversary of my entry clearance? (As I have entered UK within 90 days of getting entry clearance)
