The deadline 20.06.13 is a guideline for AIT if you don't hear beforehand then after that date about another week or so you will get a court date usually 8 weeks after your deadline. Then go court fight it out ect, sometimes you find out there or then about two weeks later judge writes his decision. Then if you win you have to wait for a call letter not sure how long that takes, that call letter will ask your spouse to hand in her passport with tv certificate, after all that you get visa and then partner can come over. So even after court you still should prepare for another 3 months or so...
I hope that helps.... But I really hope they over turn it before hand inshallah.

my brother went UK in 2003 on a student visa.visa expired in 2009.
after 2009 he overstayed in UK till june 2012.
then he returned to Pakistan volunteerly on his own expenses.

Now he got married with a British girl.
and going to apply for a spouse visa next week.
we expecting that in first attempt our visa will be refused and later in appeal we will get it.

is there any one who went through with same situation?
or if you have any ideas or advice or have some experience could you please share with us.

also as spouse visa finance requirements 18600 was challenged in European court.
anyone knows when will be the hearing and when decision is expected?
is there any website or link from where we can get update?

Salam all. Please could anyone help me. Has anybody else found it hard to log into the tracking on the vfs.global tracking system. Its weird sometimes it lets me log on and sometimes it says its the wrong details.

but m confuse on contact proofs..
we have emails coverin 1 & half yrs but jus till oct 2012..
we r usin viber & skype now a days..really worried how to show our tht cntc details now??
any idea??

Hi
If your using i phone then you can take screenshots of the logs on viber and Skype then print them out, that's what I did. I took screenshots of my call logs from viber and you can also send whatapp chat log to your email and print that out too, its good to show different types of evidence of contact.

u can do all of that but its not reali necessary, on the forms just write down both email addresses, both phones numbers and both skype IDs
