Tier 1 Enterprenuer Application- doubts about contract

Post by silverpearlz » Sun Feb 17, 2013 7:04 pm

Hi Everyone I applied for Tier 1 Enterprenuer visa in Feb with my business partner forming an enterpreneurial team. We registered a company in december and we are the directors. We did not send any contracts as we are a new company. working on the website and other advertisements right now. Is it mandatory to send a business contract. currently waiting for acknowledgement letter. can we send the contract with the application reference before giving the biometric details. £ 50 k in our joint account here and both on psw. Please give suggestions as soon as possible as we have to act quickly. Thanks

You have already applied and you did not provide them contract. Also you are working on website and other material....

So what you submitted with your application? Can you list them please?

Firstly please stop copy and pasting your question in every thread and be patient for the members to answer your question in your original thread.

secondly the answer to your question is Yes it is mandatory to submit atleast one contract if your are switching from psw to tier 1 enterprenure and you should have submitted the proof of your advertisement and original contract (or copy of your contract with your initials on each page) at the time of submitting your application. (please read the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Policy guidance for further clearance )

if you have applied through a solicitor or OSIC consultant then they can forward the additional documents, otherwise wait for ukba to contact you.
UKBA is now kind enough to contact applicants for the missing documents.

it would be better if you can also include a business plan, registration with a relevant trade body and any kind of indemnity insurance if applicable.

in my opinion 0ne should submit as much relevant documents as he can to improve his chances. that will help the case worker to assess the how genuine your an applicant is.

hope this will be helpful and please delete the same question from other threads because that will be irrelevant. if you are still not clear wait patiently for other members to answer.
