They would take the month uve earned the lowest amount in and times is by 12. Nd if thts less than 18,600 theyl say uve nt met the financial requirement and therfore will refuse the application. So the minimum u cn have is 1550 a month n order 2 meet the requirement. Unless u have provided them witg a years worth of payslips. Have u already applied? Or r u going to?

Already applied with 6months wage slips - they can refuse it on that basis if they see fit

No chance that will stand in a court of law - I earnt over £24,000 last year and same this year so its met their requirements whichever way they look at it!!

Sorri ive just read ur msg properly now. If uve handed in ur p60 nd it prooves tht uve earned over 18,600 then ull b ok. This onli counts 4 the ppl hu havent handed in their p60. I knw its pretty unfair. Wen did u apply btw?

guys, if the wife is in pakistan and the visa is refused for her to come to the UK...where do you appeal from? do i get her to appeal from pakistan or should i appeal from the UK???

Hi.. This is my 1st post on this forum, my husband just applied for the visa,

im kinda shocked everyone is sending 6mnths payslip.. Ive only sent 3months. Since my solicitor said thats all they need. Ive only been working full time for 3mnths. :?

sorri to break it 2 u love bt 6 is the MINIMUM requirement.. anything less than that will be refused.. :( it happened 2 me and many others..
Its a shame reali that solicitors dont have correct information..

Yes correct i thought we all knew that like my dad was pushing me for advice and i said the lawyers dont even catch up with the latest i used this forum and the ukba site collated all information i needed ie 6 months bank and slips Minimum add more for safety u cant go wrong these solicitors are not even up to date yet which is the scary thing as the laymen rely on them

nothing yet spouse will apply at islamabad as soon as she receives appointment from them
will send in post royal mail international signed for by next thursday friday
just putting finishing touches on and checking for the obvious errors in documents
can anyone refer me to the list which i had on bookmark but it got deleted where i think the admin.mods creating a final updated latest supporting documents checklist for the new rules?

result: 17/4/12 - refusal :cry:

reapply: 14/5/12

letter recieved with hearing date 29/1/2013

hearing date 10th apr 2013... Allah knows whats gonna happen.... iv been married for nearly 2 yrs now! this process has drained me out completely... i have no energy left to deal with this, seriously missing my hubby, our relationship is at strain. May Allah help everyone on the same boat, i seriously know the feeling of seperation, each day just gets harder and harder... :cry:

FEZIYAZ's visa was refused.. :(

coz his second job was a self employment and they required 12 months of evidence.. he provided 6.. :/
