refund after visa refusal of permission to stay in uk

do you get full refund if you have started your course and applied for extension but visa gets rejected after . It has happened to me but my college is only giving half of the money as they have calculated how many weeks i have studied in college. if i can get an advice on getting full refund then that would be very helpful as my half of the tuition fees is going to be wasted otherwise . If i can get any contact number also of someone who deals with any sort of financial help for international students. Thanks [/size]

Normally full terms & conditions regarding the refund of fee is written on admission letter. Moreover, usually on refusal a tier4 student gets appeal right and even till appeal decision study can be continued there.

Because you made an out-of-time application. Usually colleges do not refund money in that case. You have two options, take your college to the court and let the judge decide the refund, or, just take whatever they are giving back to you.

Plus, I dont think any organization will provide any financial help to international students, in situation like your's.

Normally universities/colleges make full refund on visa refusal if the student is applying from outside.
