Hi,

I have a flat in India and I want to let it out. Since I am in UK, I can not sign the tenancy agreement in India.

Can someone please let me know the procedure to give PoA to my father? Can it be done at HCI London.

Any other advice would be a great help.

Why don't you speak to a solicitor? The question you have posted is not related to immigration, so I am struggling to see why it is posted here
