New Application while Visa application already under process

Post by vish.sara9 » Mon Apr 15, 2013 3:06 pm

Gurus and people with good knowledge - please answer this

I made an FLR(o) application recently as I have a newborn baby, and now my PSW visa has expired but my PSW visa prevails as long as my FLR(o) application is under consideration.
If my employer is now ready to sponsor me and apply for the Tier 2 general Visa, can I do it??
How is it possible, please let me know

Thank You
