PR is for those exercising EEA treaty rights ie. married to an EEA national (not bc). ILR is for those granted settlement who were not exercising EEA treaty rights such as your 5 years. I am Indian and have been in UK since 2006, got HSMP and later general tier 1. got my PR last year (atleast thats what those plastic cards HMRC sent me said)
Yeah you are right bout the Marriage Certificate....I forgot to add it to the first list..!! I will submit it.!!
