does this mean someone who has been issued with a EEA permit from the Spanish government would be allowed into the UK without a visa.
I mean will a Non European Spouse of a Spanish national be allowed to come & work in the UK as of now 2013. The NON EEA got married in Spain with a Spanish National.
Urgent response needed.

if your travelling with the spanish national, and can get to the border, you will not be turned away providing you have proof of your ID, proof of relationship and proof spouse is a eea national

The UK does not recognise other EU countries' residence cards and would expect the applicant to have a family permit.
