Change in telephone numbers of my company :: URGENT

Dear Applicants,

I am facing a new issue, now. I applied for HSMP on 2nd February and my application is under the verification stage for last 4~5 weeks... (Ref # 2068xx)

Today, I came to know that my office telephone numbers are changed now. The old numbers are locked and they have been replaced with the new numbers.

I am afraid that if they call my office for verification on the telephone number I specified i.e. old telephone numbers, then they won’t get response.

So, please suggest me what to do here, as I am very worried.... Is this possible to send HO fax or email (or some other way) for the change in telephone numbers of my company? Any other suggestion and/or experiences????

I will appreciate some immediate response.

First of all, if the old numbers are not in use, I am sure your company have arranged for some kind call re-direction. Find that out.

Also, send a fax to HO stating the new telephone numbers.

Hii Siqbal,
You need to send a Fax to the HO with your reference number at the top corner.
mention clearly the old numbers and the news ones of your company contact phone numbers.
