Post by basitali » Thu Apr 12, 2007 5:01 pm

Hi,

My application is from pakistan.

My HSMP application is refused because they are unable to award me points in the salary section because the reason is they could not verify my salary slips. As far as my employer told me that no body from HO did called them to verification i need the help what shall i write in the review request.

I have also provided my tax return which includes my company name and address and this is varified by the tax office.

so please suggest me what to do now...

Regards,

Ali

Hello Basit,
Sorry to hear your rejection.
In the review request you should emphasize that they can cross check your salary details from the references you have provided.

Can You please share your application timelines? So that we can decide whether our applications are sent for reference check etc.

All the best!!
I hope you will get HSMP Approval in review.

Thanks for your reply,

- I sent my application on 8 of feb.
- recieved by HO on 9 feb.
- In country application.
- Recieved an email from HSMP Team on 12 of feb that my app is in final
stages and the decision will be made soon.

- But then they send my application for varification.

- i got the decision this morning that it is refused.

"Cross Check" means, getting confirmation that your earnings are indeed geniune. To establish this, you have to ask them to verify your earnings again, by contacting the people whose details are given in your covering letter. Make sure that those people will answer all questions related to your earnings.

Hope this helps!!
All the best!

was your payslips on A4 paper, or was just a printout.
Can you explain more on your payslips?

And did your tax clearance cover the entire period claimed,
and if not was there any letter from your employer?
