Contacting my local MP - Need Advise ???

Post by bebu » Mon Jun 03, 2013 10:39 am

hi guys,
I have been in the UK now going on 7 years

Apparently my x, had asked the HO to cancel my application back in 2010, which was sent in as a joint couple application, before she got hers Tier 2. Leaving me to appeal and in limbo and has custody of our 5 year old daughter who was born here. ( As my x wanted me deported and is using our daughter as a tool against me, insisting she wants to see my right to stay in the Uk before contact )

I appealed for a FLR(O) using a solicitor and done my biomectrics in Jan 2013 and been waiting for over a year.

On the interim, I finished an msc in computer and finance in 2011.

Am really constrained financially being supported by family and really struggling to make ends meet.

I just booked an appointment to speak to my local MP, so wondering

1. Do I involve my solicitor ? ( As she advised me to keep waiting, but has billed me a 2nd time for her services )

2. What documents do I take and what do I say ?

3. Any other userful advise ?

many thanks

B
