3 June 2013 -Invalid Application
7 June 2013- Got docs back.
10 June 2013- Reapplied
18 June 2013- Money deducted-Paid by Check.
27 June 2013- Bio Invite (Dated 21 June 2013)
2 July 2013 - Bio Done.
4 July 2013 - Got Ack (Dated 20th June 2013)
10 July 2013 - Docs n Approval (Dated 4th July)
Application type :- PSW to T1E , 50 K UK bank account.
Limited company :- Started in August 2012.
No business plan. No team, No Sol-Shit-eaters.
I guess my strongest point was my contract, Invoices and Business bank statement.
I am a software consultant (6 + years exp) and 2-3 Microsoft certifications. I had 1 contract and it was extended 3 times.
I had good relation with my clients MD so I requested the soft copy of contract + added all the needed details + got it signed.
I submitted 14 Invoices + Marked all those 14 Transactions in my Original business account statement.
I placed sticky notes on my all major docs, listing what they were and which details were on what page. This way my application was very easy to assess. I got my application reviewed by my 2 colleagues and they said the same.
Each document had a small sticky note at the top saying Original / Printout.
A printout of List of Documents(Link Below) was attached on envelope and all documents provided were in same order. I took business cards of my client's MD and my Bank manager (Lets say I am good in making relationships
) and stapled them on first page of contract and bank letters. This again helps a case worker to contact associated person without actually taking the pain of opening the document and searching for contact details.
See guys at the end of the day, the person who is assessing is a human overloaded with Paperwork. Before applying think how you would like to evaluate your application. I did the same and made it as convenient as I could. This can
Only work in your advantage.
