Waiting, waiting... How long are we gonna wait. No one knows. H.O planned the end of long wait for summer. It could be any summer! Why summer anyway? God protect us all to see the end of this story!

Ive been granted on the grounds of private life, 276ADE of immigration rules - under 18, and lived in the UK for at least 7 years.
Been here since i was 8, family overstayed because of some mix up with the visa, we didnt have enough money to get solicitor to sort it out back then. Was suppose to go to uni this year but couldnt because of this so i decided to sort it out myself once and for all. Had amazing support from Coram Children Legal Centre who has helped me all the way.
Hope this helps anyone who may be in a similar situation to me.

I do pray for you seriously that you get a decision this month. Sometimes when I think that I've been waiting over 9 months and see someone like you who has been waiting for over 15 months I get more puzzled.
But there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
Babycakes got her decision after 14 months, what more can we say!!!

Ale001 it's well!!!
Congratulations Time 503
Godgives

@GodGives
No i didnt, i was an overstayer

@Shondra Sharma
We made the decision to put in an application just for me because the lady who advised me said that if we apply as a family, she thinks we would most likely be refused initially and we would have to fight our case at the immigration court, where she thought our case should be strong enough to win. However, i have already put off not going to uni for a year, so i dont have the time to fight the drawn out battle of appeals etc. i have a little sister who is turning 7 soon and so my parents are going to apply on the grounds of her when she turns 7.

Thanks @cissily for your response. If you are already 18, then you applied under private and family life under 25 if you spend half of your life here in uk rules, not 7 year one because if your are 18 u not a child any more.
