SET (O) Form Section 5 Your Home and Finances question

Hi all

I'm applying for ILR under Tier 1 (General). SET(O) form Section 5.6 asks about my income source. I put down my own salary and my partner's salary, who is applying as my dependant. Then in Section 11 - Documents, it says if I have completed Section 5, I need to provide evidence such as bank statement and payslips. I would include my payslips and banks statements for the past 12 months as part of earnings assessment. But do I need to provide my wife's income evidence? Can anyone help to clarify? Much appreciated.

goodssb, I don't think this section is applicable to you. If you read the last sentence on the previous page it mentions completing 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 if unable to meet appropriate rate of pay because of maternity, paternity or adoption leave i.e for Tier 2 holders.

5.6: What should I indicate here if I had pay rise within the last 1 yr

i am a director of a limited company and claimed previous earning from 21 june 2015 to 20 june 2016(12 months). Strat date soucrce of earning is from 10th Nov 2015 to 20 june 2016 (7 months). Total figure is £62,500.00. Shall I divide claimed earning which is £62,500.00 / 12 months or £62,500.00 / 7 months
for getting monthly income
