I am a Sponsor from UK, came as Atifa under wife's name..

I believe one should get married from the country one resides in. Understanding process in pk compare to UK is different. PK people are evil compare to UK people. I ain't no Atifa, I am a sponsor for my mrs in pk. Her mentality is far different to mine. All pk applicants care about is their family/friends. Weither Sponsor lives or dies, who gives a shit they think. Honestly speaking everyone, either don't get married and if you do, stick to your residing countries. Getting involved with pk applicants is a waste of time! Did everything for f all..

Visa Stamping Times?????

Post by mdc01am » Sun Jul 14, 2013 12:56 pm

Salaam Every & Ramazan Mubarak!

Sorry for those who appeals have been rejected & are awaiting court dates with extended waiting times....I hope BHC/immigration tribunal get off their backside & stop delaying these procedures & stop messing ppl about & putting their lives on hold unnecessarily.

This is my first post & I am wondering what is the current waiting time period to get stamp on passport after submitting passport with Call letter & relevant documents??

I believe my wifes appeal has been overturned as got Call letter & phone call to submit passport in Mid June 2013, my Wife asked Gerry Islamabad but they not giving any clear info.

My timeline:
1st application: Early Sept 2012
Application Rejected: Late Nov 2012
Appealed: Early Dec 2012
Appeal Deadline: 15th June 2013
Appeal Overturned (I think!!) : Early June 2013
Passport Submitted : 24th June 2013

Holiday Visa Application

Post by HaroonAli » Sun Jul 14, 2013 1:03 pm

Good Afternoon Guys,

Firstly congratulations to the people who got there visas recentness and wish you the best for the future and also condolences to whom visa's got refused or are still waiting may the pain get easier.

Just a quick question if anyone can help me with. Currently I am awaiting a court date as my deadline for appeal was 12th July but as things are going it is going to be a while away.

Hence I was thinking that applying for a tourist visa for my wife so she can stay with me for some months and then go back when the visa has been issued. Is this possible or do I need to wait until the appeal has been successful if anyone can shed some light as tourist visa can be obtained within some days.

Hope to hear back soon from yourself.

Have a good day.

Thanks

UKBA never send anyone to check your home. They would normally call those who are credited that made your housing report if they have any doubts. They make decisions based on what they see in front of them. They don't call and do extra work. What they check on is your bank accounts, your work, about your relationship and documents you provided. There are many other things that they check but that is their own checks like the passport, forgery etc. They will never get someone to check your home and waste their time. Your case file should demonstrate everything in the first place. As the game 'street fighter' suggests.. "It all depends on your skill, FIGHT" lol..

Bro, don't complicate your case by firstly applying for a spouse visa and then applying for a tourist visa once you encounter an appeal. If you do try the tourist visa I guess you would have to prove all the documents again. Solicitors in UK are quite thick I know, but try getting some further guidance from a decent solicitor before taking any action. All the best bro..

When 60 working days have passed, in essence your 3 months including weekends have gone by.. After 60 working days passes by, count all days since date of application, you'll notice it's been 3 months. Don't confuse yourself with 90 working days with 3 months etc..

Re: Holiday Visa Application

Post by HaroonAli » Sun Jul 14, 2013 8:21 pm

Yes man they are stupid and just out dated as my lawyer firstly delayed appeal as submitted on last date and now I am having a court date which is ages away.

My wife and I are fed up so thought maybe for 3-4 months she can come to the UK and then go back and get her visa stamped and then come back here again but I was asking if anyone knows as fed up with lawyers as my case was messed by them as would have not been refused if he done it properly waste of £500 & £750 on appeal for what one hour or less of his time seriously.

But if anyone can advise me on this as I think my wife should get tourist visa with ease as she has had a UAE Tourist visa before as well and regarding documents no big issues as for tourist visa don;t need that much but if anyone can help will be appreciated.

Have a good day.

Thanks
