Please note guys UKBA is in total chaos and shambles as they are on the news day in and out of backlogs and delays and I suggest all who's visa got refused and are waiting to hear should start complaining to the below email address.

I have sent several emails as before I heard they replied but now more than 20 working days and they have not even bothered replying but if people start sending emails they will take notice.

Ok what is the requirement for the financial side is it £18000

Also of they wanted any additional documents would they tell us or just refuse it??

It's so unfair how they work even if they gonna take long they should at least tell us if there any complications in our cases

Hmmm sounds like il be hearing by August September at this rate

Does it say in ukba website about delay in applications??

As they said it should update online but I can't seem to find it does anyone know about this??

Brother and Sisters it not the Eu or any problem its because of the splitting of UKBA and HOMEOFFICE . Ukba take less days but homeoffice take a time so no worry its also depends on how straight ur documents is nothing else so majority visa coming in 45 to 55 working days. INSHAALLAH all of u get visa SOON....
Its my 66th working day(14th week) but there is no news how depressing
Are u sure your case is fulfill the requirement of Appendix FM.

yes I am 100% sure we fulfilled all the requirements of Appendix FM.

Then i dont know because my friend apply in starting of February and she got a visa the fist week of April and she is now in UK

U NO BROTHER I ACTUALLY AGREE WITH U HERE.. MY 50TH WORKING DAY AND IM GETTIN ANNOYED.. WE PAY MASSIVE FEES AND GO THRU SO MUCH STRESS. ITS A 2 HOUR JOB AND THEY TAKE THIS LONG. IF THEY ENT GOT THE MANFORCE FOR WORK THENNN EMPLOY!! PPL R DYING FOR JOBS.... HELLOOO COMMON SENSE ISNT IT...

IM THINKIN OF EMAILING AGAIN.... I DID EMAIL LAS WEEK GOT A STANDARD RESPONSE.. U NO WHEN U TRACK ONLINE THEY COPY PASTED THAT BUT ALSO SAID TO ME IF THRS A DELAY THEN EMAIL ON SUCH N SUCH ADDRESS N GAVE ME ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS.. MY 12 WEEKS WILL B 6 AUG AND ITS GNA B EID SO ANOTHER DELAY.. ITS ANNOYING...

I hope you get your visa. Same here applied for my wife and child on 20/05/2013 and still waiting. But I am not going to email them till 60days has passed and then will email them everyday untill we get positive response as its mentioned on UKBA website that get in touch after 60 days unless we have published new story on timeline. Wish you best to all of you and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO DUAA FOR US.

i think u dont need to send msg to Gerry. Because its too early. I prefer u wait because they do not send ur Email to BHC before 6 months. And dont penic because they takes time now and its also depend how your documents are in case.

Anyways guys a question.....i sent my job contract which has got my old salary on there however I have sent recent payslips and it states the new salary I have got will this be acceptable???

I had gotten 2 pay rises but they never gave me new contract for it I hope this dont affect visa

They should let all applicants that had already applied before July 2013 have the old ruling as some documents may not be included as they were not needed I'm really stressed out about the paperwork I sent now I guess it's too late to worry now ALLAH behtar kare inshallah

Well you can email then now but if you see they are within their rights at the moment coz 90 days grace period but after that you can start bothering then and you will have legit reason and they will be obliged to reply you,

Always do duaa in sajda and one more thing whenever ask Allah for something (as long it's not haram) say Alkah mujhe yeh cheez de do aur isse mere haq mein behtar bhi kardo instead of saying agar mere haq mein behtar hai to kardo because agar nahi behtar hai to Allah nahi dega coz that's what you asked for but if you ask Allah to make in your favor and grant you then you will get it coz there is no one beside Allah can give you so why not ask him dil khol ke. Hope makes sense. Remember in duaa.

They do not ask any question. they just ask questions if some fraud documents added. they just inquiry about those documents otherwise they dont call.
