9 years on student visa

9 years on student visa

kindly help me
I just want to know that can I extend my student visa again.I came to UK in August 2004,

From: September 2004 till August 2007, I did BBA from a private college

From: January 2008 till December 2009, I did Certificate

From: April 2010 till December 2011 .... ( 1st T4 Visa ) and did Level 4 Diploma

From April 2012 till November 2013... ( 2nd T4 Visa ) and did Level 5 Higher Diploma

Now my visa is going to expire in November 2013.Am I able to extend my visa as student on level 6 course, kindly help me out many thanks

The total (maximum) time you can spent on student visa (either Tier-4 or old rules) is 8 years. As per your education history, I think it's impossible for you to get student visa anymore. Try to switch to another category.

How do you know about the time limit of student visa.......... I did not see such thing on home office web site........... If you know the details please let me know.
