Help please :) !!!! Naturalisation Application ?

Hi All,

I have been back on this forum for help after a long while. Lots and Lots of sound advice here.Which is fantastic

My situation is as follows

Nov/2007 - Moved to the UK with my Polish wife. from Dublin,Ireland (on family permit Visa)
March 2008 - Applied for EEA2 resident card. (wife has the WRS which was issued for 1 year )
July/2008 - Got EEA2 resident card.

it will be 6 Years this coming November that I have exercised treaty rights in UK

1>can I apply for form AN " naturalisation as a British citizen" ?
2> do I have to take the Life in Britain test (I have spent 6 years here I know life here well i think)?

and finally

3> can I make an application now or do I have to make an application in November ?


the residence card in my passport expires in May 2014


If anyone can help that will be much appreciated .

1> you can apply in november yes but check if you meet all requirement .
2> you have to pass life in the UK .
3> you can apply in november not before .
and if you apply after november 28 you would need another exam for English.
