General Visitors need any medical certificates

Hi there
My parents are coming to Uk for the 1st time as General visitor
do they need to show any medical fitness certificate ?? or any medical certificate ?
as both of them are above 60 +
they are coming to London Heathrow

No, I don't think that is a requirement. However, for their own benefit, they should obtain health travel insurance.
