Previous earning as LLP

Post by mfaheem » Fri Sep 13, 2013 2:46 pm

Hi,

I am due to apply for ILR in DEC, after 5 years on Tier 1 (General). I have recently changed my employment but my previous employer was LLP which class us as selfemployed. My question is which document should be enough to prove my earnings.

I have got payslips from the employer, personal bank statement, income letter from our company accountant( stating my gross and net pay for each month and stating my employer operates under LLP). I have also got HMRC registration letter and few similar tax return letters from HMRC(It does not cover the whole period). I have also got my contract letter from employer. Do you think that should be enough to prove my previous income.

THANKS,
