HI
can some one help on this
I and my wife are on PSW and she want to continue education by doing a phd and I intend to be a dependent on her. I want to know if we can all do this in uk. or must any of us go back to Nigeria. kindly advise.

Following the implementation of new rules, both of you should be able to switch without having to leave the UK.

Am wondering how long we may have to hold our maintenance fund before applying. For the point base (tier 4) applicant I know it is 28days but what about the dependant . Any valid idea will be useful

Reading the policy guidance will be helpful and you won't have to seek valid ideas.
