Please help, I really screwed up my address stuff.

Basically, I forgot to register with the police at one of my addresses where I lived for less than 2 months (I thought that didn't need to be reported). After I moved away from it, I moved to another address (which is my current address) and registered with the police here, successfully (no issues).

Does the HO verify your address history? My registration matches the addresses I've put on the application form and if anything, I could argue that the "less than 2 months address" was not permanent and I've resided there temporarily while sorting out my new place.

I don't see why they should inquire into my address history, because my temp address is not even mentioned anywhere and all the information I've given them checks out.
