Please can you help me as I have sent my MN1 application to UKBA, which was received by them on 23rd September 2013 (confirmed via DHL tracking) and have realised we have submitted the incorrect fees. As soon as we realised this today, we have submitted another payment form with the correct fees, which they will receive by 25th September 2013.
We are slightly concerned they are going to reject the whole application even though we have sent them a corrected payment sheet by post and via email. Does anyone have a contact no or email address for a case worker at UKBA other than the general no's or email addresses already listed on their website?
Does anyone else have experience of where they have sent an incorrect fee and what has happened to correct it?
Any advice or feedback on this will be greatly welcomed.
