Urgent- visa application for parents visiting

Hi'

I am sponsoring my mother and father in laws to visit UK as my wife is expected to deliver next month.

I got all the required documents but struck up with the applications do i need to fill up 2 applications or 1 of them is fine, as in the 1st applications it asked for the details of the of the spouse traveling along.

please help me as they need to apply for visa by next Monday.

Two applications and fees. One bundle of original supporting documents with two sets of photocopies of the same.

This is what I submitted-

-Copies of our passports and the pages with UK Visa
- Council Tax documents and Utility Bills
- Bank statements and Pay slips
- Copy of my Birth Certificate
- Copy of MAT B1 form given by my GP
- Copies of results obtained from my 12 week and 20 week ultrasound scans
- Copy of cover of Pregnancy notes filled in by the midwife
- Copy of NHS prescription exemption card, and letter received along with it
- Letters from our respective employers confirming employment
- Letter of no objection from our Landlord
- Copy of Tenancy Agreement

Did u attested any of the above listed documents from any solicitor ?
If yes then please specify exactly which documents you get attested from solicitor?

I applied for my MIL visitor visa very recently and i did not for for attestation.

Its not really required.

1. sponsorship letter *
2. application form
3.visa copy (both)
4. 3 months bank statements
5. 3 months payslips
6. employment letter
7. tenancy agreement *
8. council tax letter *
9. properties affidavit
10. passport copies
11. covering letter
12. financial and bank statements of applicants
13. flight tickets or itinerary
14.GP letter for maternity
15. maternity exception card copy
16. property documents of applicants to prove they return back.
17.photos of applicants
16. passports
17. photos
18. address proof of applicants if any
19. application copy
20 .appointment copy
21. passport copies of applicants

Is it 3 months or 6 months for the payslips and bank docs?
